Lindsay Lohan and Charlie Sheen's long awaited Anger Management episode finally airs

It was all there. Drug use, skipping out on community and stealing anything not tied down.

But no this was not another court appearance for Lindsay Lohan - this was a paid job.

After reports of tardiness on set, illness and even an alleged theft, Lindsay's long awaited Anger Management episode with Charlie Sheen finally aired on Thursday.

With Hollywood's most notorious partiers joining forces many thought there would be explosions.

However, as Charlie has taken over the role as Lindsay's protector - he gave her $100,000 to pay her tax debt - the episode avoided getting too controversial.

While there were references to drugs, court dates and theft, with canned laughter as their soundtrack the pair's walk down memory lane was one peppered with sedate jokes.

The episode revolved around Lindsay, playing herself, employing Charlie's character Charlie Goodson, to be her anger management coach while she acted in a cheesy Japanese commercial.
