Lindsay Lohan Insists She Was Sober At Coachella Festival, As Rehab Stint Looms
Splash NewsLindsay Lohan has insisted she was sober for her entire time at Coachella Music Festival, ahead of her court ordered 90 day stint at a rehab facility next month.
As part of her plea deal reached with prosecutors over her lying to police case agreed on last month, the Liz & Dick will be spending three months in a treatment centre of addiction issues and despite tails of hard partying, the 26 year-old insisted she'd stuck to the softer stuff while partying at Coachella over the weekend.
TMZ caught up with a fresh faced Lohan out in LA yesterday and when questioned whether or not she'd fallen off the wagon, claimed she hadn't drunk all weekend.

Despite there being only a few weeks before the actress needs to check herself into rehab, or risk violating the terms of her plea deal, her lawyer Mark Heller admitted they had yet to finalise where she'll be staying despite reports the Seafield Center in Westhampton Beach, New York had been chosen.
''Lindsay is expected to sit with me this week," he told the New York Post, "and then a final approval has to be rendered by the cour! t.''
''She has not, nor would she be poised to, mandate any type of requirements," he said in response to reports Lindsay had requested to be allowed to continue taking certain prescription drugs.
"Nor has she directed me [to a facility that permits] her to use any types of substances such as Adderall. She has to conform and comply with the [rehab center's] requirements.''
