Lindsay Lohan Still Owes $3500 in Community Service Fees

After the 25-year-old received glowing praises at her penultimate progress hearing, TMZ uncovered that her latest probation progress report revealed she still owes $3500 in community service fees, which was only down $400 from her original $3900 debt.

Still, the actress who made her big break in "The Parent Trap" is moving closer to completing all the terms of her probation. On Wednesday, February 22, she appeared before Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner, and was told, "The probation officer is pleased with your progress. You seem to be getting your life back on track and that's what we all hoped for."

"It was never our goal to just put people in jail. We like to see positive change, and I think we've all seen that," Judge Sautner continued to tell Lohan. She added, "The way I figured it and we talked, there's 14 more days of community service and five more therapy sessions. Ms. Lohan, you're in the homestretch, OK?"

Lohan's final hearing is scheduled on March 29, and she is required to complete 14 more days of community service at the Los Angeles County morgue and five more therapy sessions before the date. Should she complete the requirements, the re! mnants o f her 2007 DUI convictions will be dropped and her probation for her 2011 misdemeanor theft charge will be switched to summary probation.

Summary probation means the older sister of will no longer need to check in with a probation officer. Judge Sautner, however, reminded her to avoid breaking any laws. "After March 29, all you have to do is obey all laws, stay out of trouble and move on with your life," the judge said. "Good luck."
