Lindsay Lohan to be interviewed by Matt Lauer on NBC's 'Today'

Lindsay Lohan is to appear on the NBC morning show Today.

The Labour Pains star will be interviewed by Matt Lauer for the show, which will air on Thursday, March 1.

The following weekend Lohan makes her return as a guest host on Saturday Night Light with musical guest Jack White.

Lohan recently was cast in Lifetime's Elizabeth Taylor biopic Liz and Dick, in which she plays the iconic late actress.

The production for the television movie begins in March when her probation period ends.

Last week, Lohan attended another probation hearing, where she was told by the judge that she was in the "homestretch" of her sentence.
