New & Noteworthy: Lindsay Lohan to host SNL; AARP members get British Airways discounts; and more

* Lindsay Lohan to host "Saturday Night Live": NBC says the troubled actress, whose career in recent years has been upstaged by legal and personal problems, will serve as guest host of "SNL" on March 3. The musical guest that night will be Jack White. It will be Lohan's fourth turn as host of the late-night comedy show; her previous appearances were in 2004, 2005 and 2006.

* Rochelle Park Diner reopens: Louie and Maria Koumoulos, former owners of the Forum Diner in Paramus and Good Times in Fair Lawn, have opened the Rochelle Park Diner & Grill, 222 Rochelle Ave., after an extensive renovation that gives the diner a classic, 1950s look. The Koumouloses serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks; the diner is open 6:30 a.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday and 24 hours Friday and Saturday. * Discount airfare for AARP members: British Airways has become the first airline to offer discounts to AARP members. Savings vary by destination and class; a round-trip economy ticket from the U.S. to the U.K. gets a $75 discount; to other destinations in Europe, a $100 discount.
