The New York Daily News reported that Christian LaBella, 25, attacked Lohan in her hotel room after she demanded he delete photos he had taken of her at the trendy 1 Oak club in Chelsea, where the couple met. When Lohan, 26, refused to hand over the phone to LaBella, he allegedly threw her on the bed, causing scratches, and punched her, E! Online reported. He also allegedly tried to choke her. "Lindsay was assaulted early this morning in a New York hotel. While she did sustain some injuries, she was not hospitalized, Steve Honig, Lohans publicist, said in a statement cited by Fox News.
