Has Lindsay Lohan Burned Out Her Bank Account?

After hearing stories about her jaw dropping Chateau Marmont bill, you'd hope that Lindsay Lohan has a bit of cash stashed away somewhere to cover life's little emergencies. But it turns out that the star isn't much of a saver - and sources close to her are concerned she's broke.

An insider told Grazia magazine "Lindsay's broke. She hasn't had a lot of steady work. And when she gets a job, she seems to spend the money as soon as it comes in."

"Even though she's a celebrity, many people are talking about how she's almost bankrupt."

Although she was believed to be involved in a jewellery heist, charges against the actress were dropped last month. If she's short of funds, we hope she's looking into legal ways to make more money.

MeanwhileLindsay was seen sending tweets to Barack Obama this week, imploring him to lower taxes for people "that are listed on Forbes as 'millionaires' - if they are not, you must consider that as well." It is not known if he plans to take her views into consideration...
