Lindsay Lohan reportedly blames car crash on 'brake failure'
According to TMZ, Lohan is now claiming that her brakes were unresponsive in the lead-up to the collision.

The actress was rushed to hospital after crashing her Porsche into the back of an 18-wheeler truck on Friday (June 8).
The truck driver has claimed that the Mean Girls star was entirely responsible for the accident, and even suggested that the actress offered him a bribe to keep quiet about events.
The US site has now claimed that despite initially stating that the truck driver cut across her path, Lohan has now said the brakes on her rental car failed.

The actress is also said to have claimed that the rental company told her the Porsche's brakes had been replaced just two days before the incident.
Lohan was released from hospital shortly after being admitted with minor cuts and bruises.
The actress is said to have covered up her injuries in order to continue filming a TV movie about Elizabeth Taylor entitled Liz & Dick.
