Lindsay Lohan settles with passengers from 2007 DUI

Actress Lindsay Lohan has reached a settlement with three men who were passengers in her car during the incident that led to a DUI charge in 2007.

Lohan was driving the car with the trio as passengers while following her assistant.

Ronnie Blake, Jakon Sutter and Dante Nigro sued the actress a year later for false imprisonment and intent to inflict emotional distress as well as assault and battery.

"It was the worst night of my whole summer, one of the men said.

However, Lohans attorney, Ed McPherson, confirmed that a deal was made ahead of the scheduled trial on the matter. Although details of the deal were not revealed, a dismissal is expected to be filed.

"My clients thought it was fair," the trios lawyer, Randall Billington said. "They are happy to have this all resolved."

E! News has reached out to Lindsay's attorney for comment.

Tracie Rice, who was a passenger in the car driven by Lohans assistant, also filed suit against the actress, but that suit was settled in 2011.

Lohan is currently filming the movie Liz & Dick in which she plays legendary actress Elizabeth Taylor.
