Lindsay Lohan won't be in Gotti

Lindsay Lohan has pulled out of negotiations to appear in 'Gotti'.

The troubled actress - who is currently filming TV movie 'Liz Dick', in which she plays late actress Dame Elizabeth Taylor - had been linked to a role in the biopic of mobster John Gotti but her representatives couldn't reach an agreement with the filmmakers.

Her publicist Steve Honig told RadarOnline.com: 'I can confirm that Lindsay has not signed on to be a part of the John Gotti movie, nor is she in talks to join the cast.

'It does not look like an agreement can be made. Lindsay's representatives and film producers were unable to come to an agreement. Lindsay has the utmost respect for Barry Levinson and the producers and hopes to work with them in the future and wishes them all the best.'

Meanwhile, despite 'Gotti' star John Travolta being rocked by a string of sexual accusations from male masseurs, insiders insist the allegations haven't harmed the film or affected their confidence in the star.

A representative for the movie said: 'The producers of the Gotti film, as well as the Gotti family, fully support John Travolta 110 percent and the allegations that have surfaced against him haven't harmed the project in any way, shape or form

'I can't be more clear about this, this does not impact the film in any way, shape or form. Filming is scheduled to begin later this year and we will be making an announcement shortly about distribution for the movie. It's a very exciting time and we are all looking forward to filming begining.'

'Gotti' is due to begin filming later this year.
