Amid buzzing news about the intervention staged by Michael Lohan to get to enter rehab, TMZ revealed emails between her dad and her team. In the emails, LiLo's manager Evan Hainey, entertainment lawyer Dave Feldman, and criminal defense lawyer Shawn Holley allegedly fully supported Michael's plan.

Michael contacted Evan and Shawn on September 23, saying he was informed that LiLo was "drinking between a bottle and a bottle and a half of vodka per day." The Lohan patriarch added that he was worried about his daughter since he himself had seen "the empty bottles and even cocaine in her room at Chateau (Marmont)."

"She is AGAIN, taking pills to keep her up and to sleep (adderall)!! I even know that she is and was drinking during work as far back as Liz and Dick!" he went on. "I am asking you to PLEASE PLEASE find a way to get her to L.A. toward the end of the first week of October or the beginning of the second so we can do an intervention and FINALLY end this madness!"

Evan replied,! "I am hearing the same things," before spilling that LiLo would go to El Lay on October 15. "Let's do it," Shawn reportedly responded. Dave, meanwhile, allegedly contacted a well-known interventionist, Earl Hightower, to help them. In text messages, they reportedly decided Michael would confront her first and the others would show up later.

Since the day Michael appeared on LiLo's doorsteps, he insisted to the press that he got her entire team's blessing to force her to seek help for drug abuse and alcohol addiction. He claimed her boyfriend, fitness trainer Josh Chunn, was also on his side, but the 25-year-old said he was the one who sent the father away per LiLo's request.

"It kind of put me in an awkward place," Josh told The New York Daily News, saying that he just relayed LiLo's message. "She said, 'No, no. I don't want him here. Why are you even talking to him?' " Though so, Josh understood why Michael did the intervention. "I feel his pain. I get it," he said. "He's just out to help her."

Josh also wanted the best for LiLo. "I've been trying to get Lindsay to focus. But how do you get her to focus with all the stuff going on around her? I can barely focus," he said. "She's a strong girl. She's cleaning up. I just want her to be okay. I want us to be okay." He added, "I'm there for Lindsay. I listen. I work hard for my money. I pay my own bill."

On Twitter, LiLo denied she had any boyfriend. Her mother, Dina Lohan, additionally released a statement about Michael's intervention, "This sole act by my ex was not an intervention nor was this extreme antic sanctioned by any member of Lindsay's family or her professional team of handlers." She said it was to make himself relevant again in the public eye.
