Hicks: Lindsay Lohan questioned in Hollywood theft

Good to hear Lindsay Lohan is settling down and taking acting seriously again, which means not going to all-night parties or associating with thieving riff raff.

According to TMZ, Lohan brought her brother Cody, her assistant and two unidentified men to a party in the Hollywood Hills Sunday night. The homeowner told police the next day he thinks the two unidentified men robbed him.

Because she's all about her career now, Lohan allegedly left the party around noon Monday instead of, say, Wednesday or Thursday. By then, the owner realized several expensive watches and sunglasses were missing.

Well, this should be easy. Just find the guys wearing sunglasses and several expensive watches.

The owner had everyone stay -- which apparently didn't include the two mystery men, since it appears they'd already flown the coup -- and called police.

When officers began questioning Lohan, she supposedly asked "Am I a suspect?" When the cop said she wasn't, Lohan took off. The case is under investigation.
