Lindsay Lohan Is 'A Master Manipulator', Says Downton Abbey's Shirley MacLaine
WENNShirley MacLaine, beloved Hollywood actress and the latest addition to ITV hit Downton Abbey, has spoken about her would-be colleague Lindsay Lohan.
The pair were meant to star together in a film, but the project never got off the ground.
Shirley told The Guardian: "You know, her conversation was 90% about her upbringing. Her parents. Now, she's also a master manipulator, and it's not hard to figure out I'm interested in all that stuff, so she was maybe using it.
"I can't advise any of the young ones, because I don't know what their background was, but I would suggest that anyone who wants to be famous more than anything - there's a real problem."
When asked if the Mean Girls star is talented as well as fame-hungry, MacLaine answered "Well, that's her. But... too much damage as a child."
Downton Abbey returns to screens later this year.
Lohan has been busy shooting a biopic about Elizabeth Taylor, in which she plays the iconic movie star.
