Lindsay Lohan has filed legal papers in LA County Superior Court this week denying that a 2010 car crash involving a pap was her fault.
According to legal documents obtained by website TMZ her lawyers are alleging that photographer Grigor Balyan "carelessly put himself near a moving automobile" and therefore caused his own injuries.
Balyan sued Lohan in January claiming that her assistant clipped him with the actress's car outside of a Hollywood club in 2010.
He claims in his suit that he's since suffered serious orthopaedic and neurological ailments as a result of the crash.
Lohan's lawyers have finally filed her response and reckon that she doesn't owe him diddly squat for anything.
The case is currently being reviewed by an LA judge.
Lindsay hasn't had the best of luck with cars. In June she wrote off her Porsche after being involved in a collision with an 18 wheeler truck in LA. She was taken to hospital, reportedly with "extensive injuries" but left after a couple of hours and went straight back to work the next morning on the Elizabeth Taylor biopic, Liz and Dick, that she was filming at the time.

She also reportedly rear-ended a Ford Mustang in Beverly Hills, but isn't being sued for that one. We don't think.
This is by no means the most s! tressful thing happening to Lindsay right now, however. A spokesperson for Michael Lohan, Lindsay's dad, has confirmed to TMZ that the woman who filed a restraining order against him is now having his baby.
Yep, you read that right. Lindsay's dad has put a baby inside Kate Major, the woman who took out a restraining order against him last June.

This is the woman who reported Michael to police in April for allegedly banging on the windows of her hair salon. Michael told Radar Online at the time, "I was in hospital with kidney stones and Kate just barged in! She's been taking ovulation tests trying to get pregnant from me."
The order was lifted a few weeks ago and Kate is said to be in her first trimester, which yes, means the baby must have been conceived illegally. Someone arrest that foetus.
