Lindsay Lohan's former assistant slated to testify in troubled actress' hearing
Lindsay Lohans former assistant Gavin Doyle was issued a subpoena to testify in court during the troubled starlets probation hearing.
According to E! News, Doyle received a subpoena from the L.A. City Attorneys Office after he revealed that Lohan was driving the Porsche during her June car accident in California, although she told police that Doyle was behind the wheel.
Given this admission and other evidence to the contrary, Lohan will now be charged with providing false information to an officer in addition to reckless driving, willfully resisting and obstruction.
Lohan has since appeared in court. She is currently working with a new legal team after her attorney, Shawn Holley, dismissed herself from the case. Mark Heller is slated to represent the Mean Girls actress with the help of a sponsor.
E! News noted that the hearing is set to take place on March 1, with Doyles testimony to come within the next two months.
