Lindsay Lohan lawyer 'claims she can't get in touch with actress'
Lohan is currently involved in a lawsuit filed by photographer Grigor Balyan, who claims that Lohan's vehicle ran into him outside a club in 2010.

Lohan has maintained that her assistant was actually driving at the time of the alleged collission, while she was in the passenger seat.
Court documents obtained by TMZ show that Lohan's attorney Julia Azrael has formally complained that she is having trouble getting the actress to sit for a deposition.
"I have made many efforts to convince Lohan to appear for her deposition. I do not know how to reach her directly," Azrael wrote in her court filing.
Azrael also noted that she contacted Lohan's primary lawyer Mark Heller, who apparently has not been helpful in assisting her to locate the star.

Lohan has not commented directly on the matter, although Balyan has asked that she be fined for not co-operating in the lawsuit.
The Liz & Dick star initially responded to the lawsuit early last year by insisting that Balyan is solely responsible for the accident because he "carelessly put himself near a moving automobile".
She is also facing potential two other legal battles for allegations that she violated probation in her theft case and for an alleged nightclub scuffle.
