Lindsay Lohan Lawsuit Chewed Up By Pitbulls Lawyers

MIAMI (CBSMiami) Pitbull wont be paying Lindsay Lohan a penny.

His team of Miami attorneys successfully defended the rapper against a defamation lawsuit by actressLindsay Lohan.

Pitbulls win in the case was blasted around the world Friday morning, after U.S. District JudgeDenis Hurleyof New York dismissed Lohans complaint on Thursday, the South Florida Business Journal reported Friday. News outlets carrying the storyvaried from MTVtothe Cleveland Leaderto the New York Law Journal.

The judge ruled that Pitbull referencing Lohans name once in the song Give Me Everything was a protected work of art and also was fleeting and incidental in usage.

Not only did Pitbull (Armando Christian Perez) win, but his attorneys also skewered Lohans attorneys with sanctions for plagiarism.
