Lindsay Lohan Gets 30 Days in Jail, But Can Finish Playboy Shoot First

Actress Lindsay Lohan is heading back to jail for 30 days, after she admitted in court Wednesday that she violated her probation by failing to complete court-ordered psychological counseling and community service.

Lohan was ordered to attend 19 psychological counseling appointments for 45 minutes each.

She canceled 14 of them, and stayed for only 30 minutes for the five sessions that she did attend.

Lohan was also required to complete community service hours at the Downtown Los Angeles Women's Shelter and the Los Angeles County Morgue.

She was terminated from her assignment at the women's shelter after she failed to show up on multiple occasions.

Of her 20 scheduled sessions, the prosecutor said, Lohan canceled 12. On three of the dates that she attended, she left earlier than the required four hours.

The 25-year-old "Mean Girls" actress waived her right to a hearing on the violations, choosing instead to admit fault.

Judge Stephanie Sautner found Lohan to be in violation of her probation and sentenced her to 300 days in county jail.

Lohan will not, however, have to start her sentence until next week, so she can finish up a nude Playboy shoot for which she signed a six-figure contract.

She will not be eligible for house arrest, electronic monitoring or any other early release.

Sautner outlined a strict counseling and community service schedule for Lohan upon her release.

That will substitute for the 270 additional days in jail, provided Lohan meets the terms.

"From what I know of you, you need a structure," Sautner said. "This is a structure."

Sautner noted that the women's shelter was willing to take Lohan back, but said "I'm not going to put them through that." Instead, all of Lohan's community service will be performed at the morgue.

Lohan must return to court on December 14.

By that time, she has to complete 12 days of community service at the Los Angeles County morgue and attend four psychological couns! eling se ssions.

If she does that, her jail time will be stayed until January 17, by which time she must complete 12 more days at the morgue and five more counseling sessions.

Her next check-up will be on February 15. She has to complete an additional 12 days of community service and four more counseling sessions by that date.

Finally, by March 19, Lohan must perform 17 more days at the morgue and attend six more counseling sessions.

"If you do that, then this jail time will be permanently stayed," Sautner said.

Lohan's probation would also be terminated at that time.

Sautner told Lohan she was "putting the keys to the jail in [her] hands" with her sentence, and warned Lohan that she will go to jail if she slips up.

"I will revoke probation and put a warrant out for your arrest," Sautner said. "I don't want to have to do that."

Lohan entered a guilty plea in May for stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice jewelry store.

She was already on probation for two drunken driving convictions form 2007.
