However, before we can attempt to dicuss her future, we must at least briefly look at her present. Which brings us to her latest legal blunder: violating the terms of her most recent probation. The result: the troubled star's due back in court tomorrow, where a judge looks set to send her back to jail. While Lohan hopes to spend no more than two weeks behind bars, LA County Sheriff Lee Baca recently told FOX's Good Day LA that the actress could benefit from to spending at least 60 days in the slammer.

For those of you who are clamping at the bit to hear the verdict tomorrow, you can watch the entire proceeding live on TMZ, starting at 10 a.m. PT. But for those who don't enjoy listening! to high -paid lawyers in expensive suits speak in monotone for hours at length, here's our Lindsay Lohan Career Revival Plan.

Step 1: Clean Up Lindsay+Lohan in The Cinema Society & Coach Host A Screening Of

If Lohan wants to revive her career, she should start with the basics: hygiene and health. After photos circulated the Web showing off her ghastly looking teeth, people began to wonder what exactly the star had been chewing on all these years.

Were the yellow stains just the product of bad tooth brushing and years of cigarette smoking? Or was there something more sinister going on behind closed doors?

Rather than answer those questions, the star got proactive, headed to celebrity dentist Dr. Dorfman, and got herself a new set of shiny whites. If the actress expects to land roles in Hollywood down the line, it's crucial that she can prove to producers she's not only committed to their films, but more importantly, to herself.

Step 2: Let Playboy Set Her Free

In 2005, Lohan told Access Hollywood's Billy Bush she would never do a nude scene. Jump ahead to the present and it would appear the star has signed a nearly $1 million contract with Playboy to do exactly that -- sort of.

Though, it doesn't appear any film will hit the market. Question is: Will her alleged decision to bare it all serve as a catalyst for her career revival?

While rare, there have been a handful of stars who have leveraged their Playboy experience to help catapult them to new levels of fame. In 1990, the magazine named Pamela Anderson their Playmate of the Year. Two years later, the blonde model landed a leading role on Baywatch, a series which today still stands as the most watched TV show of all time. Then there's Jenny Mccarthy. Two years after being named 1993's Playmate of the Year, MTV picked the Chicago native to host Singled Out, an extremely popular game show that made Mccarthy a household name.

Step 3: Embrace Her New Image

During her 2005 Access Hollywood interview, Lohan maintained that posing nude would not help her win an Academy Award. But considering she hasn't starred in a feature film since 2008 (though we did enjoy her bit part as a gun-slinging nun in Machete), we imagine the actress would gladly take any role at this point.

With five mugshots to her name since that flick hit theaters, we believe it's time she fully embraced her new, bad girl image. And given the Academy's love for gritty, dark, and challenging roles, it's fair to believe Lohan could parlay her own demons into an Oscar nod somewhere down the line.

Besides, as Robert Downey Jr. and Mickey Rourke have proved, the only thing Hollywood loves more than Sean Penn, is a good old fashioned comeback.
