Rep: Lindsay Lohan Did Not Assault Woman, Was Not At Hotel On Night Of Alleged Incident

Lindsay Lohan is fighting back against an unidentified woman's allegations to authorities that the actress punched her at a West Hollywood hotel on Thursday.

A rep for Lohan told Access Hollywood on Monday that the actress (who was just released by a judge from formal probation late last month), was not at the Standard Hotel in West Hollywood on the night in question.

According to a report on TMZ.com over the weekend, an unidentified woman filed an incident report with police, claiming Lohan pushed and shoved her, after she spoke to one of the actress' male friends. The woman reportedly alleged assault in her incident report.

When contacted by Access Hollywood on Monday, a Los Angeles Sheriff's Department watch commander said they were not aware if the case had been assigned to a detective yet. He had no information on the reported alleged incident.

Meanwhile, Lohan's rep said they plan to hold accountable the person who made, what the rep called, "malicious actions" against the actress.

"Whoever is responsible for this is going to be held fully accountable for these intentionally malicious actions against Lindsay," Lohan's rep told Access. "T! his will not be tolerated under any circumstance. These sorts of lies cause material damage to Lindsay and it's just not going to be tolerated any more."

In addition, a source close to the case told Access that Lohan's camp is "considering all options, including asking law enforcement to present a case against the woman to prosecutors for filing a false police report."

A rep at The Standard Hotel, where the incident reportedly took place, had no comment when contacted by Access.
