Lindsay Lohan 'sued over baby stroller car crash'

Lindsay Lohan is being sued by a nanny who she allegedly hit with her car back in 2010.

The Mean Girls actress is accused of colliding with Nubia Del Carmen Preza and the baby stroller she was pushing across a West Hollywood intersection.

Witnesses claimed that the incident occurred after Lohan failed to look properly when turning, but one onlooker insisted that the 25-year-old had clearly seen the pedestrian and chose not to correct her reckless driving.

Preza is now taking legal action against Lohan, seeking unspecified damages for injuries she allegedly sustained in the crash.

The child was unharmed, despite witnesses telling TMZ that three of the stroller's four wheels became airborne when it was hit.

Lohan was also sued earlier this month by a photographer who claimed to have been injured by a car her assistant was driving.
