Lindsay Lohan's intruder recieves restraining order
A good start to Lindsay's year?
Lindsay Lohan's trespasser has been given a restraining order.
The troubled actress called the police on Monday (01.02.12) after coming face to face with an intruder at her Venice Beach property in Los Angeles.
A Los Angeles City Attorney spokesman confirmed that Lonnie Short has been convicted of trespassing and given a restraining order along with two years' probation after pleading no contest yesterday (04.01.12).
Mr. Lonnie Short arrived at Lohan's home and began knocking on the door claiming he needed to speak with her.
Lindsay did not allow the 64-year-old into her home, he refused to leave, repeatedly demanding she speak to him.
Lindsay has not had much luck of late, not long ago she had her $5,000 Chanel handbag - which contained her passport, plane ticket, probation documents and $10,000 in cash - stolen from her car while on a weekend break in Hawaii in December.
