Lindsay Lohan sued by two over alleged driving injuries

Lindsay Lohan in court Dec 17Two separate lawsuits have been filed against actress Lindsay Lohan, alleging she caused them injuries while in a car.

Nubia Del Carmen Preza claims she was struck by Lohan's Maserati in September 2010 while walking through a West Hollywood intersection.

In her lawsuit filed Wednesday, Preza said she has suffered "disabling and serious personal injuries, pain, suffering and anguish" and that she is seeking damages for all of her medical expenses and lost time at work, the Associated Press reported.

Paparazzo Grigor Balyan sued Lohan on Jan. 10, claiming he was hit by a car Lohan was riding in last January. Balyan claims he was trying to shoot pictures of the actress in Hollywood when he was hit.

Lohan is familiar with legal entanglements. She made a court appearance earlier this month, where she learned her probation for driving under the influence and shoplifting violations could soon be over once she completes 60 days of community service at the Los Angeles County Coroner's office.
