Lindsay Lohan sued by nanny who claims being hit with her sports car
Seems like 25-year-old Lindsay's got into trouble again. "Mean Girls" actress Lindsay Lohan has been sued over injuries of a woman claiming she was hit by Lohan's sports car.
A nanny named Nubia Del Carmen Preza, is suing lohan for allegedly hitting her while wheeling a stroller across an intersection and apparently during a red light.
The Lawsuit states that Preza experienced "disabling and serious personal injuries, pain, suffering and anguish"
This is the second time Lindsay got accused of driving recklessly - the first one was when a paparazzo claiming Lohan hit him while he was just taking pictures of her.
Lohan's representatives still haven't commented on the Preza's lawsuit.
