Lindsay Lohan reportedly rethinks security after Jan. 1 incident

Lindsay Lohan plans to beef up security at her Venice Beach home after a suspected trespasser landed at her doorstep, according to a news report.

Police responded to a disturbance call at the actress' home on New Year's Day. Lohan told police an older man had knocked on her door, asking to speak with her, KTLA-TV reported.

She asked him to leave. When he did not, she called police. The man was arrested on suspicion of trespassing, according to KTLA.

Lohan now isreportedly looking to hire abodyguard and to install new surveillance cameras, the TV station reported.
