Barely a month from her public rant about daughter Frances Bean Cobain being hit on Dave Grohl, Courtney has told Access Hollywood that she

s turned a new leaf, thanks to spiritual chanting. Even more surprising is her claim that Lindsay Lohan has joined her on the ride back to reality.
Said Courtney: I chant. You can tell when Im not doing it, I get in trouble and then [when] I am doing it, I dont get in trouble. Its really, really good for me. So, thats my religion.

The singer claims that Lindsay is also in her chanting group. But while Lindsay is coming to my house to chant, Courtney says, I don't speak to her very much. We have a mutual friend.

Its left to be seen, of course, how long Courtney can keep this up.

Last month, the Hole frontwoman and wife of the late Kurt Cobain, tweeted that her 19-year-old daughter Frances Bean was being hit on by Dave Grohl. Frances Bean, visibly annoyed by her mother, released a statement via Rolling Stone denying the allegations and remarking Twitter should ban my mother.

Dave, who played with Frances Beans daddy in Nirvana also released a statement denying Courtneys accusations. His statement read: Unfortunately Courtney is on another hateful Twitter rant. These new accusations are upsetting, offensive and ab! solutely untrue.
