gorgeous high-def that very day. Today's 'HD Hottie' is Lindsay Lohan, who stars tonight in high-def on Glee on Fox at 8 p.m. ET.
The 25-year-old actress, who was born in New York, started as a child actress, landing roles in such films as The Parent Trap and Freaky Friday. But she became a star in her own right after appearing in Tina Fey's Mean Girls and Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen.

In the last few years, she has tried to broaden her horizons with roles in the drama Bobby and Robert Altman's A Prairie Home Companion. But Lindsay's tabloid escapades sometime overshadow her career choices.

The young actress has also dabbled with singing, releasing her debut album in 2004; the CD went Platinum. Her second album, A Little More Personal, did not fare as well after being released in 2005.
