Woody Allen Meets Lindsay Lohan for Dinner in NYC

Legendary director Woody Allen met up with troubled actress Lindsay Lohan in NYC Saturday night for dinner.

Allen, 76, and Lohan, 25, were joined by Allen's wife, Soon-Yi, 41, at Philippe Chow restaurant. The actress was dressed for business wearing a white dress, baby blue coat and grey pumps.
According to TMZ, Allen and Lohan have been "friends for years" and he's one of her "biggest supporters." Sources say the two have discussed working together, but nothing is official.
Lohan has just been confirmed to star as Elizabeth Taylor in the upcoming Lifetime Original Movie, Liz & Dick. This will be her first acting project since starring in 2009's Labor Pains.
The Mean Girls star was taken off probation from her 2007 Beverly Hills DUI case on March 29, but remains on probation for her necklace theft until May 24, 2014.

In a statement to Us Weekly on being cast in Liz & Dick, Lohan said, "I am very honored to have been asked to play this role."
