Lindsay Lohans dad Michael to apply for conservatorship of daughter in latest saga
The Li-Lo drama continues apace as her dad tries to take total control of her life via the courts
Having already attempted a failed intervention to take his daughter Lindsay to rehab, Michael Lohan is now planning to apply for a conservatorship to take charge of her.
TMZ.com claims Michael will meet with lawyers this week because he believes Lindsay is abusing drugs and is surrounded by people who are as well. One of these, he says, is her mum Dina.
Surprisingly though he doesnt want to be the conservator himself in case he is accused of trying to steal her money.

Last Friday, Michael turned up to her house to try and take her to rehab , but the actress refused to answer the door to him. Quite an obvious outcome we would have thought.
She then called police, who ended the intervention.
Despite claims from Lindsay and Dina (who had a fight with each other the other night after a night out - totally normal) that Michael is nothing but an attention seeker, who is making up stories to get press, it seems he isnt the only one who is worried Li-Los on a slippery slope.

TMZ claims to have seen emails between her dad, lawyer and manager discussing her use of drugs, drink and arranging the intervention between the three of them.
