Courtney Love Claims She's Lindsay Lohan's Sobriety Coach

No one wants Lindsay Lohan to clean up her act more than Courtney Love.

In fact, the 47-year-old tells Details magazine she's taken the 25-year-old troubled starlet under her wing in the hopes of curbing her addictions.

Calling Lohan "further down the line than I was, because there [were no gossip sites] then," the singer told the magazine's December issue that she believes she's the Mean Girls star's last hope.

Love argued that she's "taken up Lohan because nobody else will."

However, Love has yet to put her services to use with Lohan, as the actress' rep tells Us Weekly there are no plans for her to dole out sobriety advice.

"Courtney Love is not, nor has she ever been, a sobriety coach to Lindsay," Lohan's rep told Us Thursday.

Set to appear on the cover of Playboy's January/February issue, Lohan was sentenced in November to perform 12 days of community service at the morgue and attend four psychotherapy sessions before Dec. 14 stemming from her most recent parole violation.
