Most fathers are uneasy about their daughters appearing in Playboy, but not Lindsay Lohans.

Michael Lohan approved his daughters spread in the recent issue of the adult magazine.

On an episode of Lifechangers, Lohan told Dr. Drew Pinsky that Lindsay was wise to appear in the magazine because it enabled her to get acting work again. Her years of legal trouble have led casting directors being reluctant to recommend her to directors. The episode is set to air on Dec. 28.

Lohan has been recently suffering from health problems such as high blood pressure and blood clots.

If shes happy with it, Im happy with it, Lohan said. However, he added that he does not wish to view the issue itself. He also said that his relationship with Lindsay is improving.

In the recent issue, Lindsay channels the legendary Marilyn Monroe while on a red chair. Her mother, Dina, announced Lindsays Playboy shoot to the press, but was concerned about how much nudity would be on display.

"I think it was essentially mama and the folks around her that kept pushing for less nudity," Playboy publisher Hugh Hefner said. "And I said, We're doing a nude pictorial here. We're going to do it in a very classy way and we're going to do it in a way in which it will not be forgotten.'"
