Hicks: Lindsay Lohan accused of stealing again
Stop us if you've heard this one before.
Lindsay Lohan allegedly walked off the set of "Anger Management" earlier this week with jewelry and clothes that didn't belong to her, according to TMZ.
According to E! News, Lohan left the set Wednesday with bracelets, and it is unclear whether she got permission to do so, if they were a gift, or if she "forgot" to put them back after the shoot. E! does say the show's producers gave LiLo permission to take a bracelet home on Monday so she could wear it that night.
That's really unfair how they don't pay actresses enough to buy their own stuff.
She also reportedly took pants, shoes, a necklace and some earrings. She told people on the show the value of the items can be subtracted from her salary, but TMZ says no such deal was ever made.
Lohan went to Brazil on Wednesday to promote a brand of jeans for $100,000 a day, wearing what looks like the bracelet she wore on the show.
Back in January, there were reports Lohan stole one of Elizabeth Taylor's prized bracelets. In October, there were allegations that she took $15,000 worth of clothes from the set of "Scary Movie 5." She was also said to have stolen a necklace in 2011 and a $11,000 mink coat in 2008.
C'mon, you guys. She's a celebrity. What's the big deal? It's not like Elizabeth Taylor needed that bracelet anymore.
Lohan was recently sentenced to 90 days in a lockdown rehab facility, in lieu of 90 days in
jail, for reckless driving and lying to police in connection with her June car crash with a big rig on the Pacific Coast Highway in Santa Monica. Of course, it was only afterward that we discovered there are no lockdown rehabs in New York -- where Lohan currently resides -- or California.Either way, her sentence is supposed to start May 2.
