Lindsay Lohan missing birthday due to mandatory rehab sentence

Lindsay Lohan is upset that her court-ordered 90 days of rehab will prevent her from celebrating her birthday in style.

As we previously reported, Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 90 days of rehab in addition to 30 days of community service and 18 months of psychotherapy treatment after she supposedly drove recklessly while intoxicated and caused an accident in June.

Although her lawyer, Mark Heller, claimed that the Mean Girls actress had learned her lesson and would not cause any more trouble, TMZ reported that she is still drinking. Mere hours after her hearing in court, she was at the bar at her Beverly Hills hotel ordering vodka. Sources close to her believe she feels she can control herself, and that she views professional help as unnecessary.

Additionally, Lohan is upset that her rehab time, which she is required to start within the next month and a half, will overlap with her 27th birthday on July 2. According to TMZ, Lindsay had planned to throw a huge party in NYC to celebrate the occasion. However, this will now be a nearly impossible feat with her sentence.
