Lindsay Lohan may reject house arrest deal, could face jail time after trial

Lindsay Lohan's legal dramas continue.

Lindsay Lohan wants to reject a plea bargain that would keep her out of jail, TMZ reported Saturday.

Prosecutors offered to end the 26-year-old actress' probation violation/lying-to-the-police cases in exchange for 90 days under house arrest, after an initial plea bargain that would have required her spend six months in lockdown at a rehab facility.

Sources told the gossip news site that Lohan's attorney is trying to negotiate a shorter amount of time under house arrest, but the troubled starlet still doesn't think she did anything wrong, and is willing to face up to 19 months in jail if her case goes to trial.

Lohan has lived under house arrest before, in 2011, after she pleaded no contest to stealing a $2,500 necklace.

After Lohan crashed her Porsche in Santa Monica, Calif., last summer, police charged her with obstruction and reckless driving. Police also say Lohan lied to an officer when she told them at the scene that her assistant had been driving the car.
