Lindsay Lohan Refusing Plea Deal That Will Send Her To Jail Or Rehab, Prosecutor Wont Budge!

Prosecutors handling Lindsay Lohans criminal case are playing hardball with the troubled starlet, demanding that any plea deal consist of her going to rehab or serving jail time but she is refusing either of those options, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

The Los Angeles City Attorney is requiring either jail time or rehab for Lindsay as part of any plea deal in her lying to cops case. She would have to go to rehab for at least 60 days, and the jail time would be at least 45 days, a source exclusively told Radar.

Lindsay refuses to accept ANY deal that has any type of confinement as part of the deal. Someone with her criminal history is lucky to be offered such a great deal, but she just doesnt seem to understand that. Barring any last shred of common sense on Lindsays part, this c! ase is going to trial.

The plea deal would also require lengthy community service, and Lohan doing public service announcements.

If Lohan were sentenced to 45 days in jail, she would serve around 11 days behind bars because of jail overcrowding. Her latest criminal trial is scheduled to begin on Monday, March 18 and even if shes acquitted, she could still go to jail for up to 245 days for violating probation in her past necklace theft case.

Mark Heller, Lohans attorney, is hopeful he can hash out an attractive plea deal for his client that involves no jail time and no compulsory rehab treatment, which Lohan is adamantly opposed to, insisting she does not have a problem with drugs or alcohol.
