Lindsay Lohan refuses a plea deal with jail or rehab involved
Attorneys in the Lindsay Lohan hit-and-run case continue to battle over a potential plea deal, reaching an impasse because the actress doesnt want to serve jail time or go to rehab. How about prison time, Lindsay? Are you ready for the hardcore penitentiary crowd instead?
The Los Angeles City Attorney is requiring either jail time or rehab for Lindsay as part of any plea deal in her lying to cops case. She would have to go to rehab for at least 60 days, and the jail time would be at least 45 days, a source told RadarOnline. Lindsay refuses to accept any deal that has any type of confinement as part of the deal. Someone with her criminal history is lucky to be offered such a great deal, but she just doesnt seem to understand that. Barring any last shred of common sense on Lindsays part, this case is going to trial.
The site says with overcrowding, its probable LiLo would do about 45 days in the pokey, which isnt too bad for a repeat offender caught lying to police about whether she was driving the Porsche that slammed in a semi. Then again, she is elegible for 245 days in jail for possibly violating parole in her necklace theft case.

Radar says Lohan is convinced of her innocence and wants a trial, and refuses to undergo further drug or alcohol treatment, because she so totally doesnt have a problem. Well find out on march 18, when her trial is slated to get started. Lawyer Mark Heller says he thinks he can iron something out, which hed better do, given how delusional his client appears to be.
