She's facing yet another stint behind bars, and now has the added worry of financial concerns to add to her plentiful list of problems.
But Lindsay Lohan has reportedly told friends she admits she has 'lost control' of her life, and is 'inconsolable' at the prospect of spending more time in jail.
The 26-year-old actress is said to have faced up to the fact that she needs 'professional help' and is determined to get her life back on track.

A source told TMZ.com: 'Lindsay believes her real problem is that she never stuck with counseling, but thinks regular appointments with a professional could be her salvation.
'It's probably not coincidental that counselling is now the only possible way she can avoid jail for the new crimes and pr! obation violation.'
But the troubled star is said to be convinced the reason she has landed herself in legal hot water once again is because she has 'hooked up with a bad group of people'.

The Mean Girls star looked polished and groomed in an unusual leather and fur jacket, which she teamed with a classic LBD.
But it was recently revealed that prosecutors are reportedly urging for the actress to serve 245 days in prison.

The Liz & Dick star failed to appear in court in Los Angeles on Wednesday on three charges, including lying to police about a traffic accident in the summer.
Her probation was revoked and prosecutors are now seeking a lengthy stay in jail for her.
A source told RadarOnline: 'Prosecutors are going after Lindsay with a vengeance because of her flagrant disregard for the law.
'The LA City Attorney's office will present evidence to Commissioner Jane Godfrey that Lindsay has a long storied history of lying to cops.
'Prosecutors want Commissioner Godfrey to sentence Lindsay to 245 days behind bars for the probation violation.'

Lindsay has been on probation since being found guilty of stealing a necklace in July 2011, for which she was sentenced to 120 days in prison and 480 hours of community service.
The actress - who has been arrested six times and spent 203 days in rehab - was previously said to believe that police have a 'vendetta to bring her down' because they were allegedly pushing for her to be jailed for lying about the crash.

The star's woes don't stop there either.
She also faces having some of her prized possessions sold off because she can't pay her bills.
The troubled star has fallen behind on monthly payments to a storage company, and now owes around $16,000, which could lead to items inside her locker - including designer clothes, family heirlooms and 'potentially embarrassing' articles - being sold.
The items are now set to be auctioned off if the bill isn't paid by the end of this month.
The account has been branded delinquent and the locker can't be opened until the balance is paid off in full.
According to TMZ, the Liz & Dick star - whose bank accounts have been frozen by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) over unpaid taxes of $233,904 for 2009 and 2010 - has asked friends and family to help out with the payment but so far no one has agreed.
While the actress - who also owes around $8,000 in rent for her Beverly Hills mansion - was recently given $100,000 from pal Charlie Sheen to help pay her tax bill, the actor recently complained she hasn't even said thank you.
He said: 'She got shorted and I found out, so I said, "Here". I'm still waiting for a text to say Thank you. Anything you know?'
Additionally, the Mean Girls star is also said to have enlisted assistance from her younger sister Ali Lohan, 18, to help sell some of her designer clothes to raise more money.! p>
