Lindsay Lohan pokes fun at probation

Lindsay Lohan pokes fun at her legal issues and her probation being revoked according to the working script for her new movie 'Scary Movie 5'

The working script for the movie reportedly makes fun of Lindsay - who recently had her probation revoked after it was claimed she lied to police over a car accident in June and police are prosecutors are hoping she will be sent to prison - and her multiple brushes with the law in the new movie in which she makes a brief appearance alongside Charlie Sheen.

The 26-year-old star also pokes fun at her public persona in the opening scenes of the movie, during which she is lying in bed making a sex tape with the 'Anger Management' star.

According to script, seen by gossip website TMZ.com, the actress then says: 'Okay but let's do this quick, I got a court hearing in the morning ... It's a driving mishap thing.'

Charlie then makes her promise she won't drive, and Lindsay replies: 'That's very sweet. You're worried about me behind the wheel.' He then says: 'I'm worried about me. I'm a pedestrian.'

It is not yet known if the lines will make the final cut.

But the 'Liz Dick' star is seen screaming as the news shows her probation being revoked in the newly released official trailer for the movie - which was shot in September, months before the decision was made by a judge in real life.

Lindsay allegedly isn't concerned about her looming court hearing next month because she believes she hasn't done anything wrong and friends feared she wasn't taking the situation seriously.

A source previously said: 'We are not sure if Lindsay knows how serious this is. She has been in front of judges so many times at this point that she's not particularly worried. Lindsay has total faith in her lawyer and the criminal justice system. As far as she's concerned she did nothing wrong.'

Lindsay could be sentenced to up to eight months behind bars next month for violating her probation, according to reports.
