Lindsay Lohan 'Desperate To See Psychiatrist But Can't Afford The Bills'
Ai-Wire/WENN.comLindsay Lohan has had her fair share of problems over the last few years, but it seems the actress is ready to seek help from a psychiatrist for her ongoing issues - only problem is she can't afford the bill.
The Liz & Dick star, who is said to be swimming in debt, has been telling friends that she is too broke to get professional help.
"Lindsay is overwhelmed at the prospect of going back to jail and believes that a psychiatrist can help her through this trying time of her life," an insider has told RadarOnline.
"However, Lindsay has a huge problem, she can't afford to pay a good shrink because she literally has no money."
Lilo's money woes have spiralled out of control with her pal and 'Scary Movie' co-star Charlie Sheen stepping in to cover her $100,000 tax bill last month and to add to that, a storage firm looking after her personal items are reportedly threatening to auction her belongings to cover an outstanding $16,000 bill. And on top of that, the star has had her accounts seized.
"Her health insurance would only pay about 20 percent of the mental health bills, and the docs that she wants to see charge $250-$300 an hour," continued the source.
Despite Lindsay's money troubles, according to the celebrity news site her father Michael has been in touch and is apparently fuming with his daughter's new reps, who have been turning down lucrative endorsements.
"One deal is for $100,000 for a phone application which blocks unwanted calls," he revealed, adding: "The other is for $30,000 for a 'Don't Drink and Drive message!'"
