Lindsay Lohan's ex-lawyer Shawn Holley is totally done with her
Lindsay Lohan's former lawyer Shawn Holley filed a legal document requesting to withdraw herself completely from Lohan's case and Lohan has to be okay with it.
Even though Lohan has been begging Holley to return to be her attorney again, Holly refuses to do so, TMZ reported.
Lohan has signed her former lawyer's document that allows Holley to be withdrawn completely out of Lohan's case, and New York-based attorney Mark Heller would replace Holley's role.
Judge Stephanie Sautner will officiate Holley's withdrawal in Lohan's hearing Wednesday.
The troubled young actress fired Holley earlier this month, however, denying that she had done it, even though she had her signature on the firing document, The Daily Mail reported.
She begged Holley to return to be her attorney, saying she treated Holley as her second mother.
With Holley withdrawing herself from Lohan's case, it means she allows Lohan's debt slide.
Radar Online, Lohan still owes $300,000 on legal fees to Holley, and she had not made any payment ! for the last six months.
A source told Radar Online, Lindsay owes Shawn over $300k in legal fees and she hasnt made any payments to her in over six months."
Lindsay hadnt paid anything for any of the work Shawn has done on her three new criminal charges of lying to cops, in connection with her car accident in Santa Monica last summer," the source continued.
The source then said that Holley had kept Lohan out of jail for the past five years, and by hiring Heller, Lohan would not be benefited in any ways.
"Shawn has kept Lindsay out of jail for over five years now and she has no idea how good she has had it. Shawn is extremely respected by judges and prosecutors and that has benefited Lindsay greatly. Lindsays new criminal attorney, Mark Heller, isnt even based in Los Angeles and certainly doesnt have the revered reputation that Shawn does.
