Lindsay Lohan preps for court date in LA, with a 4:30 a.m. meal in New York

The day after Lindsay Lohan fired her loyal lawyer Shawn Holley, she prepped for her LA court date as only she would: with a 4:30 a.m. NYC meal. Lohan was spotted having breakfast in the early hours of Tuesday the day of her court date at Chelsea eatery Cafeteria. Spies described her as looking sober and well-behaved until it came time to leave. A guest recognized her on her way out. As the guest attempted to approach Lindsay, she threw her hands over her face and ran.
