Lindsay Lohan has managed to do at least ONE thing right in the last few months. Shocked? So are we. The Punkd star, who filmed an episode of Million Dollar Decorators with Bravo ended up flaking on final filming. After reports of her financial trouble, it seems that LiLo has vacated the abode. Sources say that in non-typical Lindsay Lohan fashion, she left the place incredibly immaculate.
Lindsay Lohan is currently calling the sober living facility Pickford Lofts home before checking into jail next w! eek. Her previous home, a Beverly Hills rental, has just gone back on the market. Lindsay lived in the home for just under a year, but while she inhabited the mansion, she turned to Bravos Million Dollar Decorators to perform some remodeling and redecorating. After Lindsay flaked on the final reveal, Bravo threatened to repossess all the extravagant furnishings; Lindsay, in turn, moved out.
It seems that while Bravo was left out in the cold on the deal, Lindsay did make good with her tenants. Sources say that she left the place sparkling. A source close to the renters, who are asking over $10,000 a month in rent, said, Lindsay left it immaculate. No work had to be done to get it ready for the next occupant. She was actually a great tenant. Yeah, Ill pause for a minute so you can be as surprised as I was when I read that.
Rumor has it that Lindsay moved most of the belongings from the $250,000 re-do to a storage locker. Its unclear whether thats the locker that was due to go up for auction after the bill went unpaid.
While Lindsay is taking some much needed time to face the music in her latest life dramas, it seems that she was able to at least make a good decision when it came to moving out of her last home.
