Lindsay Lohan not evicted from Beverly Hills home, source says

Contrary to a report, Lindsay Lohan was not evicted from her Beverly Hills home, a source tells Fox411.

Earlier Wednesday, the news coordinator for KNX 1070, a California radio station owned by CBS, tweeted the following:

However, the source tells Fox411 that Lohan moved from the Los Angeles home because she is now living in New York.

Lohan has been keeping a low profile since her Nov. 29 arrest in Manhattan. She celebrated New Year's in a hotel room in London with family and friends, TMZ reported.

Earlier this month, Lohans probation was revoked in a Los Angeles court, and she is facing up to eight months in jail, which does not include additional jail time if she is convicted in her June car accident case.
