Lindsay Lohan is confident about her upcoming final probation hearing despite recent legal troubles, it has been reported.

The Mean Girls actress has been accused of a hit-and-run, with the alleged victim of the accident now demanding $100,000 (63,000) in damages.

Lohan and her legal representative deny that she had anything to do with the incident, and maintain that she was not even present at the nightclub venue where the victim claims he was struck by her car.

Sources have told TMZ that the alleged accident will be included in Lohan's final probation report, but Lohan is sure that the judge will dismiss the incident as irrelevant.

Lohan apparently spoke with her probation officer last week about the hit-and-run, and received generally positive feedback in spite of it.

The 25-year-old actress and singer is also currently in an ongoing court battle with rapper Pitbull for his use of her name in his song 'Give Me Everything".

Her final pro! bation h earing is scheduled to take place this Thursday (March 29).
