Lindsay Lohan threatens countersuit in hit-and-run incident

Lindsay Lohan has threatened to countersue if she gets hit with a civil suit on bogus hit-and-run charges, Radar Online reports.

Allegedly, after LiLos car grazed a hookah club manager while she was trying to flee a paparazzi-filled parking lot, he initially declared he was fine then found out who had hit him and decided to seek medical treatment and get a lawyer.

Lindsay wont be taken advantage of by this opportunist, which he clearly is, a source fumed to the tabloid site. Lindsay has told her attorney, Shawn Holley, to convey to the hookah managers lawyer that if he files a lawsuit against her, Lindsay will come back at him with everything she has.

Lindsay will immediately file a countersuit against him, for libel, defamation and other claims. Lindsay is in the midst of a comeback right now, and she wont let this guy try and make a quick buck off of her, warned the insider. If he is smart he should recognize that he has no facts to support his allegations and take this no further.

Hot for Hartnett?

Big shocker here: Serial dater Amanda Seyfried has moved on to a new Hollywood hottie. Oh yeah, and its Josh Hartnett which makes the news even more shocking.

The pair have been an item since January, according to Us magazine. But they only just recently stepped out publicly together shopping at a Trader Joes, of all places.

The night before their grocery-store outing, the two were reportedly caught in a slightly more romantic and glamorous locale: Hollywood hot spot Chateau Marmont.

Rosie ODonnells unceremonious booting from Oprah Winfreys network, after a matter of mere months on air, was evidently none too amicable.

According to TMZ, the Queen of Nice turned Queen of Nasty had a low opinion of the crew on her show who ju! st happe ned to be veterans of Oprahs own (no pun intended) wildly successful talk show.

Senior staffers reportedly told the paparazzi site that Rosie threw regular tantrums. One staffer told the Daily Beast it was a hellhole.

Of course, after Oprah fired her, Donald Trump wasted no time taking to Twitter to gloat about Rosies failure. Which was a total backfire, because it reminded us that however obnoxious Rosie might be theres someone out there whos even more obnoxious.
