Pitbull and Lindsay Lohan feud continues as lawyers claim plagiarism in lawsuit

It seems Lindsay Lohan just cant seem to keep herself out of the troublesome spotlight these days. After Lohan sued Pitbull for using her name in a negative manner in his song, Give Me Everything, Pitbull has now turned the legal situation around.

According to E! News, Pitbull has filed court papers that accuse Lohans attorney of plagiarizing legal briefs. In other words he is claiming that her attorney formed her argument from online sources.

Ovadias latest filing reflects the frivolous nature of Mrs. Lohans claims, stated Pitbulls attorney, regarding Lohans lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia. Its legal discussion mostly consists of plagiarized excerpts of articles found on various websites without explaining their relevance to the facts and issues in this case.

Pitbull attempted to dismiss the case initial filed against him for using Lohans name in his song by saying that legal precedent protects the rights of artists to express themselves which includes using the names of other celebrities in their songs. When he made this comment, Ovadia then submitted further legal interpretation of her evidence in attempt to save the case for Lohan, reports The Hollywood Reporter.

According to E! News, Pitbulls attorney submitted examples of how exactly Ovadia plagiarized the evidence for her case. He presented and compared images of Ovadias submissions and articles from the Los Angeles Times and other websites.

Lohans lawyer, Ovadia has not yet commented on Pitbulls accusation.
