Lindsay Lohan goes under self imposed House Arrest!

Actress Lindsay Lohan is on a self-imposed house arrest to avoid further trouble to ensure that the last two weeks of her court ordered probation will expire without further complications.

Her decision comes after a club visitor accused her of hitting him with her car and then fleeing the scene of the accident during the early morning hours this past Thursday.

Several eyewitnesses claim that the man Lohan struck was only grazed and didnt appear to be injured however after finding out Lindsay Lohan hit him the man made a beeline for the emergency room.

Lohans lawyer responded to the charges with the following statement:

At no point was there ever any indication that her car hit anyone or anything. We are confident this matter will be cleared up in the next few days.

Lohans probationary perios is scheduled to end March 29.
