Following an alleged fender bender, Lindsay Lohan has reportedly voluntarily placed herself on house arrest in order to steer clear of getting in trouble until her probation is officially over.

Lohans probation will be done in two weeks, on March 29, so shes in the home stretch.

TMZ reports that friends of the actress pleaded with her to lay low and stop going out until she completes probation.

Lohan agreed, and the only time she will leave the house is when shes required to go to court-ordered community service or therapy sessions.

The New York Daily News reports that last week, Lohan was accused of hitting a manager of a club with her Porsche.

Scrape? This is all a complete lie. Ive been at community service, she wrote on Twitter in defense of herself. Last night, I attempted to wish a friend happy birthday, which I didnt even get to do because I was freaked out by all of the paparazzi.

Her rep, Steve Honig, released a statement saying At no point was there ever any indication that her car hit anyone or anything, adding, We are confident this matter will be cleared up in the next few days.

Unless the man who claims to have been hit by Lohan files charges against her, police officials say theres simply no case whatsoever.
