Nightclub manager claims he has tape of Lindsay Lohans hit and run, wants to sell the video

Even though Lindsay Lohan has claimed that the reports of her recent hit and run are false, the Los Angeles nightclub manager that claimed that the Mean Girls star hit her is now claiming to have tape of the incident. He initially offered to let Lohan buy the video, but now it is being reported that he plans to sell it.

Lohans hit and run incident was first reported by TMZ on March 14. Just hours after the report, Lohan claimed it was completely false. Last night, I attempted to wish a friend happy birthday, which I didn't even get to do because I was freaked out by all of the paparazzi. These false accusations are absurd, she wrote.

However, Thaer Kamal, the nightclub manager who claims Lohahan hit him, is not letting up. On Thursday, TMZ reported that sources claim that Mark Geragos, Kamals lawyer, contacted Lohans lawyer about having Lohan pay at least six figures to stop him from distributing the tape.

According to The New York Post, Kamal claims that the video clearly shows a passenger leaving from the passenger door as Lohan moves from the drivers seat to get out of the passenger door. He says that the video shows her Porsche hitting him.

If Geragos entered the video as evidence, Lohan could go to jail, if Judge Stephanie Sautner finds that she violated her probation, which she has nearly completed. If Lohan decided to pay the money, Kamal would just drop the case.

TMZ later reported that Lohan refused to pay and Kamal is no! w going to try to sell the video.

While Lohan has nearly completed all of the requirements of her probation, the hit and run incident is just the latest drama for the 25-year-old. Lohans lawsuit against Pitbull, who she accuses of insulting her in his song Give Me Everything, has just heated up this week. E! News reports that the singers lawyers claim that Lohans lawyers plagiarized parts of their legal briefs. They accuse her lawyers of just taking arguments online and pasting them into documents.
